I would respectfully give another picture of County Hunters. I am new to
serious County Hunting, however I have confirmed just over 1200 Counties
so far.  Some of those were by way of State QSO Parties.
 
My average return from stations worked on 14.336 which were specifically
County Hunters has been better than 90 percent return in less than 45
days and those worked in State QSO Parties has been better than 75
percent within 6 months, all sent with SASE.
 
So, don't give up on the US hams.
