John I recently participated in the Oregon QSO party as I was told several 
county hunters needed Curry county.  I did received several cards and over 
35% of those did not include an SASE.  I went to far as to send an e-mail to 
a few of them and told them if they wanted a QSL, the log was posted on 
LoTW.  The response I received was "I don't participate in LoTW." I decided 
that they really didn't want a card from Curry County OR either.
