[Dx-qsl] V8AND QSL??

Hello to the group,
 
heard V8AND on 9th October on 20 m with a huge pile-up. Would like to send  
him
a card. Have heard him before in 2002 but never got a reply (used the  QRZ.com
address).
And unfortunately, I have never seen a reported QSL.
Anyone who has got a QSL? Which address and what kind of return  postage
(IRC or GS) used?
