I was lucky and called the post office just in time - they were able to 
withdraw the letter and refund my postage costs. Saved me $10 for a dupe 
card and the embarrassment of sending another card for something already 
received. Serves me right for getting ambitious last night and trying to 
catch up on some moldy-oldies ;-)

Another thing I just noticed from a different bureau card: JT1CO's card was 
received with my SAE's return address cut out and glued on the back! 
Obviously the G$ and IRC (I sent both) and SAE arrived safely. A little 
disappointing, but I'm very glad I got the card nevertheless. Also a pretty 
decent turnaround time for a bureau card from Mongolia - 7 months!!
