I just received mine in the post today along with HP1XVH, I sent mine 
direct in April 2003. I desperately need a card for Panama on 80 to 
complete my 5BDXCC. Does anyone know if these cards are OK for DXCC, as 
I vaguely remember seeing something about the H8 call being dropped?
