On Sept 23, 2004 I thought I had RTTY QSO with C31BO (needed for RTTY DXCC) but Archie has returned my card with a notation that his call was pirated.  He also says that he does not have antenna at this time but hopes to be back on the air soon.

Therefore, you might want to e-mail Archie at

    C31BO at yahoo.com

before sending QSL to him if you had QSO with C31BO recently.
