[Dx-qsl] Looking for IRC's and heck with the USPS

I don't know exactly what it is but on several occasions I've gone into US Post Offices asking for IRC's and being told "we don't have any" and then given the blank shallow look that says "I have no further intelligent answers for you"

Is there anyone on the reflector selling IRC's.  I would like to buy a batch of 25.
