Hi DXers,
Granted the Incoming QSL bureau is a slow delivery process. However, it is
not the slowness in the bureau that causes someone to suddenly receive a DX
QSL card that is several years old. It could be the DX person finally
decides to collect cards and notices he needs one from 'way back. Yet, some
packets come into the bureau so mashed and stale smelling you just wonder
where in the world and for how long have these cards been sitting.

The 4th bureau continues to receive cards for VK0IR and other aged
DXpeditions, most of which QSL via W4FRU, a SK for several years now. It is
amazing, and we workers in the bureau just keep plodding along.
