[Dx-qsl] V31DX

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody has a recent route for V31DX, worked 15CW during 
the ARRL DX 'test on 22 February, 2004. Nothing that I would consider 
reliable in the usual sources. The most recent looks like N2AU, but even 
that's 4 years ago.
