Hi Bill:

I worked 4K5ZI 8 times in 1991-92, but no 4K1ZI.  My records show that the
QSL manager is either K4RKI or DF8BK, although for some reason I never sent
for the cards.  This was "Snake Island" as I remember, and counted for
Ukraine...
