[Dx-qsl] Need route for UN7PL for 1993 satellite QSO

Here's another old satellite QSO I never verified: UN7PL QSO from 1993.

The address in QRZ.com lists only 1 Lookups, so I am wary this is still a
good address or that UN7PL is still around.  Octavia lists the same address.
The only Google hit I got was on QRZ.ru in the Russian language.

Anyone with a tip on how to get a UN7PL QSL for this QSO, please email me.
