Comment:  In the past, there have been people wondering how to contact Jacky to confirm whether or not he's received their request.  The QSL card notes his telephone/fax number as (230) 424-5866 -- I would assume that that is NOT a US area code! -- and his email ad 3b8cf at intnet.mu  if this helps anybody out.
