I ran it through the Altavista translator and pretty much can get the gist
of what was written:
Message of Didier F5OGL, QSL Manager of l operation TO4E/TO4WW since Europa:
Some criticisms are heard here and for some time and j'aimerais to give some
things to the point as for the management of the charts of Europa 2003:
1 - I am not QSL manager professional but military of career fixed with
certain small nuisances inérants with this specificity.
2 - My wife has been a soldier also and is currently for a few weeks in
displacement. I thus manage the house and our son alone.
3 - J'ai infected by a frightening virus which m'a delayed considerably in
the management of the QSL' (practically two weeks) and this m'a obliged to
buy a new computer with all that that comprises as problems
4 - I actively prepare next forwarding also in my most wanted and as the
support will be also a soldier, I do not want to release piece
5 - I am QSL manager of TO4E, TO4WW, TT8DX, FH/TU5AX and ten d'autres
stations.
6 - J'ai received to date more than 11 000 requests on line. Ca takes time
for checking each contact well. In conclusion, that each one is reassured,
Clipperton DX Club and its members are well direct 100% QSL or via office.
One needs patience, virtue in the process of disappearance, not? Patience
and length of time make more than force nor that rage!!!!!
73,
Robert, N2JTX
