3V8AS was a known pirate, probably transmitting in Italy.
4U1ITU goes via their CBA 
UI8BAA switched calls to UK8BAA.  I don't see him in any of the three
callbooks (RAC, QRZ or Buck).  This address is from a 1998 Octavia (CIS)
Callbook.

I have checked all the usual Internet databases for routes on these stations
and am looking for information NOT easily obtained from these sources.
