[Dx-qsl] T30M What is it!

Here's an interesting question for the group.  I got my card for T30M =
today.  On the card it says the location is Central Kiribati.  According =
to my logging program and the DX prefix list Central Kiribati should be =
T31, where T30 should be West Kiribati....so what is it?  Central =
Kiribati or West Kiribati?
