Hi Peter.. I worked Henry KT1J on PSK31 on 24 OCT send card to QRZ addr
and got a card back 04 DEC so they did send out cards.  Dunno about
the January operation.  I read somewhere that the stateside 4U1UN
manager was a couple of months behind with the cards.
