[Dx-qsl] 4U1UN QSL Route?

All QSOs from March 12th and afterwards go via HB9BOU.  All QSOs before
March 12th go to 4U1UN address (QRZ.COM).

Also QSLs for October 2003 through January 2004 are still in process.  No
need to reQSL, yet.

	A note on the QRZ page says that after 12/MAR/2004 all QSLs go
via HB9BOU. Is this for stateside QSLs also?
