This one took a bit of work.  I worked 9XØA during the Russian DX contest in 1998 and got a contact number.  Unfortunately, while all other 9XØA logs appeared on the web, the 1998 Russian DX logs did not.  Finally, after on again off again searching I found that DL5WM had the logs!  Nice card and confirmed #272!

Now if I can just figure out how to confirm 4K54CW from back in 1999.  No luck with that one.  Scotland is also proving to be troublesome (go figure).  Never had any luck via the buro or GS + SAE.  Oddly enough, I had Scotland confirmed in LOTW during the test phase!  I have never had it confirmed in the production system.
