As of today, all the QSLs from the USA/VE for the 2003 and past V26B =
operations have been answered and are in the mail
Im still working on the DX Requests...

If you are in the USA or Canada and are awaiting for a QSL from V26B and =
you do not receive it within the
next 2-3 weeks (Depending on the USPS!!!)  Please drop me another =
request with an SAE and return postage
for your request. Please be advised that QSLs are not required.  Please =
put your QSO info on a piece of paper.
That will work for us!

Sorry for the Inconvience of past QSLing practices
