[Dx-qsl] D44AC

I worked D44AC on Feb. 7, 2003 and sent my card direct to Carlos but got no 
response so my
question is was he the operator at the time or should I send it elsewhere ? 
I also worked Angelo
D44BS on 30 meters back in 1996 but after two attempts have given up on 
that one.

Any ideas on D44AC for Feb of 2003 ?
