[Dx-qsl] About EL7X

I recently received an email asking if I had Willy EL7X's logs from 1990, citing a source that said I had them.

I am not now, nor have I ever been, the QSL manager for EL7X.  You can QSL Willy direct via his home call, PAØWWV (at least that's what it was when I tracked him down a few years ago).

A Google search turned up a "Bulletin DX No. 34 5-April-02 de XE1BEF" which had the following information in it under "DX News":  

QSL DE EL7X - Rum WN3VAW says that she still has the logs of EL7X and she will assist all the applications via direct if 1 USD sends for the stamp, but she will also respond for the Bureau.

Considering the following facts:
(1)  I have never communicated any of this with XE1BEF
(2)  My name is not Rum  (nor do I drink it, unless it's mixed with a Coke)
(3)  I'm not a she

I have to conclude that at best, something got lost in translation; at worse, well, if something this simple can't be right, how accurate can anything else be?
