[Dx-qsl] HC8L QSL status

New cards for HC8L have been received from the printer. QSL requests sent
direct to me with SASE or SAE + IRC/GS will begin going out by this
weekend. I currently have logs for the Feb/Mar 2004 HC8L activity and
anticipate receiving logs for pre-2004 HC8L activity shortly. I am now
handling all QSL duties for HC8L. Check my web page for details:
