Yeah, I just sent one that-a-way last week myself (15m QSO). So far 2 
unanswered direct to 'QQ himself, and one for a 20m Q back through the 
bureau last year. I sure hope his new manager has an honest postman <grin>.

The real problem, though, is ER4DX. I've got one outstanding from him for 
an 80m contact that I think I can officially give up on. It's a shame, 
because I'm starting to close in on a 5BDXCC (I need 25 more confirmed on 
80 - with 86 worked thus far). I've gotten all the easy ones (well, almost 
- here's hoping someone goes back to St. Paul's or Sable again this year, 
and that an FP shows up on 80!!), so having to write this one off is a 
bitter pill.
