Len,
I sent a card via I8ACB for a Oct. 2002 80 meter contact. After many months
I re-QSL'd. Sometime in March of this year I e-mailed Ciao inquiring about
my card. He responded that he had mailed it in January and offered to send
another via the bureau. Not wanting to wait I sent him another card and got
it back 4 weeks later. I sent 2 GS each time so after a year and a half, not
to mention 6 bucks I got a card. A badly needed card on 80M.
Suggest you e-mail him or just re-QSL.
He gave me a different e-mail address than what's on QRZ.com. Try
C.ACCARDO at ALICEPOSTA.IT.
Gud Luck
