opened the mailbox cover in the middle of a torrential  thunderstorm.  
lightning all around, wind whipping the rain sideways.   tornadic activity warned to 
be in the area. could it be?  YES!  it's a  french stamp!  they're here!  
they're here!!  dramatic, huh?
 
to4e/to4ww received via f5ogl.  sent 12/19/03 w/ 5 gs.   all qsos confirmed.  
4 new band countries.  AND #333/350 on  phone!  (ok, how about scarborough 
with a side trip to lakshadweep,  anyone?)
