[Dx-qsl] Any hope for these cards?

I think the reason F6FNU "retired" is that you didn't need
a QSO to get a QSL...   ARRL no longer accepts 3B9FR
cards issued by F6FNU, maybe also others - perhaps he
had more fun counting the "greenstamps" than checking
the logs? For 3B9FR he has not had a log for many years!
