I rec'd my card but no without a lot of hassle. After submitting numerous 
times and sending emails I finally
sent one using Registered mail. At the same time I notified them via email 
it was on the way via Registered
mail and I rec'd a reply that they would watch for it. That was the only 
reply to any email I sent.

Ultimately I rec'd notice my mail had made it, and about 2 weeks later the 
card arrived.

My suggestion would be to pool your resources and get a group together and 
send a batch of cards via Registered
mail to cut the cost. I think this is probably one of the most expensive 
QSL's I have in the drawer. :)
