Hrmmm. I'd suggest dropping him an e-mail. That seems a little long-ish. He 
handles QSL duties for 5N<everything>NDP. In fact, I was calling CQ on 20 
one night last year. He answered my CQ to tell me my 5N card is on the way 
(he must have just opened my envelope or something)!
