Yes that is the 2nd best QSL route for 4U1ITU. OM3CGN, one of the main ops,
told me this the other day. The best and fastest way is via LOTW. For the
record I1YRL is not the QSL manager! He will confirm QSOs even though he
does not have the logs!
So the bottom line is QSL via QRZ.COM direct address, via the bureau or
LOTW.
