Europa Island (with an "a"). It counts as Juan de Nova/Europa, FR/J for 
DXCC. It's in the Indian Ocean, between the African continent and Madagascar.

This is an extremely rare entity, and if you worked and confirmed it, 
consider yourself very lucky!
