[Dx-qsl] possible mail delay from W to JA?

I received my new ARRL member's card on July 6th, mailed and stamped at
Newington, CT, USA on *June* 4th, postage of USD 0.80 paid, for a
standard air mail letter.  I am writing this if a similar case occurred
at the same period.

I hope this is a rare case of delay between W and JA, because I usually
find that the shortest round-trip time of the QSL exchange between W/VE
and European stations is about 6 to 7 days.
