[Dx-qsl] TO4E

I haven't read of anyone receiving a card from TO4E or TO4WW in quite a
while. Still waiting here. Anyone know what is going on??? Also, I have 2
contacts with Okinawa (Deleted) from 1963 that I never sent or received
QSL cards from. Does anyone have info on who to contact for these???
