[Dx-qsl] EZ8BO received

Someone had problems with getting a card from EZ8BO some days ago. I
received today his QSL within a month after sending my card with SAE and 1
IRC. He did return my SAE and used his own envelope. I sent to the address
in qrz.com but changed the lines to:

Mr Eugene M. Zwontsov
P O Box 880
Ashgabat  744027
TURMENISTAN

Eugene does also QSL via the bureau - but it takes soem time that way...
