[Dx-qsl] CY9A QSLs

I got mine with no problem.  I sent my card on July 28th.  If my memory is
correct I got my card just before Christmas.  Since then I've had guys
reporting to me at least once a week they got their CY9A cards.  Sounds to
me like the cards are still going out in weekly batches.
