Maybe he has had a problem before with a postal machine eating a #10 envelope 
that has been triple folded to fit inside another ...with only a QSL inside 
the ends act like wings ....and could get munched by a machine...being a QSL 
manager I see this alot and cant believe some of the things I see in my 
mail!...nesting envelopes are the best way to go!...I have taped envelopes in the past 
to make them smaller and more presentable to the postal robots...just a 
thought...

FWIW, my SAE (for my T31MY card) was shortened for some reason.  It was a
#10 envelope cut down and taped to almost exactly match the size of the
card.  I have no idea why Juraj did this; perhaps they charge higher postage
for the larger envelopes?
