I just received this from Tada, JA1WPX.  It *appears* $1USD is no longer
enough for direct from JA.  I guess the USD exchange rate isn't so good
these days.

I just send Many 9M6/JA1WPX QSLs to JARL outgoing Service
(Not free 30$/year on each call) on last week

I will send 2nd QSL card today
but 2000 full color QSL was finished Apr 2003,

Now 1 US Dollar is not enough for 1st class Air Mail for DX
(NA/EU=\110  1USD sell \104) and I send via 2nd class mail

9M6/JA1WPX via JARL buro accept B4 Feb 2004
Mar 2004 and later I did not accept via BURO
(maybe I can receive but do not outgoing)
Just send 1,100 9M6/JA1WPX QSL to JARL outgoing Service
