My guess would be that either you were not in the log or the QSL manager
some how missed the second request.  That happens sometimes.  1 IRC is
plenty for up to at least 6 QSL cards.  You might want to send an email to
N0FW or W8QID.

Sent QSL's with one new IRC to confirm one contact on 15M and another on the
20M with J8DX . Only had the 15M contact confirmed. I suppose 1 new IRC is
not enough for the postage of 2 cards from USA to Europe. Can someone please
confirm? First time this happened to me.
