I checked the web site of 1A0KM and found the message as follows.

OK, it seems that "Different from what we said, the officail
log of 1A0KM 2004 will not be online", or something like this.

However, I am not sure what "maybe only in a second time" means?

I won't ask you the reason why they are not going to upload the
log on the web. Good grief.
