       A little off topic for this reflector, but-

       The deleted entity Serrana Bank and Roncador Cay
       was removed from the DXCC list on 16 September 1981.

       There seem to have been a number of operations from Serrana Bank 
       with the KS4 prefix; the ARRL list also gives KP3 and HK0.

       But nobody seems able to trace any operation from Roncador Cay
       (or Roncador Bank as it appears on some maps).

       Does anyone know if there was ever any operation from
       Roncador?
