[Dx-qsl] German postage raise

Hi to all,
I just got an info from my local post-office, that normal standard letter
(up to 20 gr, max: L=235mm D=125mm H=5mm)
from Germany to anywhere in the world has raised from
1.50 Euro to 1.55 Euro.
This is since 01-Jan-2004.
