I am sorry for that this is not any info for them.

I just want to let all of you on this mailing list know that
C3 (Andorra) is one of three or four entities which are left
("not yet QSO") in EU for many JA DXers who have already made
QSOs and confirmed over DXCC 250 entities or something like that.

I, myself, have been DXing since 2001, and worked 272 and confirmed
  252 so far, but have not heard any signal from there yet.

Regarding to EU, the entities attached below are "not yet QSO".

C3, GJ, HV, JX, R1FJ, R1MV, SV/A

I am using 1KW output + 4-ele Yagi (20m/15m) & 2-ele HB9CV (17m/12m)
from the southern foot of Mt. Fuji. The tower is 22mH and ground
elevation is 1000m above the sea level.
