[Dx-qsl] UA2 and 4W QSL's

Hello Jose,

I received UA2FC via WF5E. Sent to Les on Feb. 10, 1998 and received return
QSL on Nov 6, 1998. Unfortunately, since this is quite some time ago, I do
not know what luck others are having more recently.
