I think you have the wrong call - TT8VMFR is more likely. I had a 2 month 
turnaround last year (August to Octobter) via D2GG.

Mohammed is VERY slow but he does QSL. I've waited 9 or 10 months for him 
(first for 15m then for 10/20 metres about a year later. The latter two 
came back in the same envelope and had gotten very wet (ink ran badly), but 
were good enough to pass card-check muster in Dayton.

Since he's often on the air, work him again and ask him if he ever got your 
card from 2002, and that you'd be grateful, etc, etc.
