[Dx-qsl] 2002 No shows

Hi,

I have tried several times (with the instructions given in QRZ.com) for 7X4AN and no luck. I hope to work another one there for CW.  I have SSB cfm (probably from 7X4AN of years ago) but need CW cfm.

Don't have any input on the rest.

And remember to budget correctly for DX'ing:

Rig and Equip: used will work
Antennas:       A wire or two will do
Getting the QSL:    (more $$ than you can imagine or admit to your wife) AND A LOT OF LUCK  :-))

I have struck out 3 times in 3 attempts with 7X4AN over a 3 year period

On the bright side, an SAE and 2 GS got me TT8WMFR, total of 5 months
turn 
around (07/2003 to 11/03).
