[Dx-qsl] UA2-Kaliningrad QSL Response

There was a discussion recently about poor response from UA2.

Just received two cards from RK2PWA for QSOs on 3/1/03 and 6/12/03.

This is a contest station but apparently responds well to SAE plut 2 GS.
