[Dx-qsl] YI1EM Route?

Anybody know how to get a QSL from Esam, YI1EM?  I worked him 10 June 
2003 on 20 meters, but haven't been able to get a card.  He said to QSL 
via QRZ.COM, but that lists a New York address at the United Nations, 
which doesn't seem to work.  QRZ.COM also shows an e-mail address 
through the UN, but Esam no longer replies to mail sent there---he did 
at one time, and he promised me a card "for sure," but that was before 
the huge explosion at the U.N. building in Baghdad, where he works.  
Since then, I've had no replies to e-mail or snail mail to the P.O. Box 
in New York.

He's been spotted on DX Summit a few times recently, so he's still on 
the air, but not very often.  So far I've sent three requests with green 
stamps to the New York address with no results.  Anybody have better luck?
