My information has it that Spain just increased their rates to .77 Euro. As of today, 1 USD = .794 Euro. It's getting close, and if the USD keeps dropping against the Euro, 1 USD certainly wont be enough. 

Italy increased to .80 Euro, Ireland increased to .65 Euro, and Denmark went to 7 Krone.
