Hello everybody and Happy NewYear!

Bill, sorry for confusion / typo. 19:00 Oman local time means 15:00 Z.

First let me say Happy New Year and thanks for all the qso's and qsl's.

But now...I'm really confused.

If the log sheet I have say Oman Local time.
and the first qso is logged at
Sept. 13, 1983 with a time of 19:00 (Oman Local Time)

shouldn't that be 15:00 GMT?

I've gotten so many answers, and mostly different. LOL
