[Dx-qsl] HP1/DJ7AA ??

Worked him Jan 1996 when I needed Germany on 80M. Took a long time and a 
lot of pleading over the air, but finally got a card. Worked him a 
couple of bands for HP1. No more begging, I'll just hope for those cards.
