Folks,



Sending other peoples' QSL to individuals is common practice in VE.
What people tend to do is to send received QSL cards to the QSL
Bureau together with their own outgoing cards and  I distribute them
through the bureau system. It turn out to be very efficient.

After more and more bureaus are being closed all over the world,
this is becoming  more frequent  practice and works very well.
